Holy Hands started in 2010.  As an annual yard clean-up ministry held on a Saturday during November, parish members, students and other volunteers sign up to donate their time to the people in our St. Pius X community who need help with raking leaves, removing trash or simply going to their home for a visit.  Details of the upcoming year are generally published in late September through Mass announcements.
